- freezer
Ingredients
- ⅛ to ¼ watermelon
Instructions
- Cut a watermelon lengthwise into 8 strips (first halve it, then halve that half, and halve the quarter again).
- Cut of the ends and slice 6 wedges out of the middle. With a smaller watermelon you may have to use two ⅛ slices to make 3 nice wedges out of each slice.
- Stick a stick in the middle of the rind of each wedge.
- Place some parchment paper in a loaf tin. Place the wedges in, separated by a small piece of parchment paper.
- Put into the freezer for 3 hours.
Notes
