Cooked in healing broth and tomato passata. Seasoned with Mediterranean herbs. Adding onions and garlic brings a rich depth of flavor that will leave you feeling satisfied and revitalized. Easy to prepare and full of nutrients, this soup is the ideal way to support the first days your cleanse.

Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes – They form the main part of the soup. Cut them in bitesize cubes.
- Potatoes – To thicken the soup and make it creamy (together with the passata).
- Tomatoes – Fresh and passata.
- Yellow onions and garlic – This soup is meant to be fat-free, so don’t fry them. Just cook them in the broth.
- Broth – Preferably Medical Medium broth, but any kind of broth you normally will be fine.
- Red chili pepper – Take a half or whole pepper, depending on how spicy you like to eat.
- Mediterranean herbs – I used sage leaves, thyme and oregano.

Tomato soup with sweet potatoes and Mediterranean herbs

Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet potatoes
- 1 cup potatoes
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 2 yellow onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 cups MM healing broth
- 2 cups tomato passata
- ½ to 1 red chili pepper
- 3 to 4 sage leaves large
- ½ handful thyme
- ½ handful oregano
Instructions
- Chop the onions, press the garlic, peel and cut the (regular) potatoes in very small cubes. They are supposed to fall apart and thicken your soup.
- Add to a pan with broth and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes and add.
- Cut the chili pepper into small pieces and add.
- Chop up the tomatoes and add. Also add the tomato passata.
- Chop up the herbs and add.
- Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add in extra water if needed.
- Top with some fresh herbs.
