The ME in stands voor my name: Marjolein Eikenboom. But the ME can also stand for YOU. Not only can you find recipes for yourself to use, you can also submit your own recipes.

What’s in it for you?
Why would you share your recipes? Of course it’s fun for others (more recipes to choose from) and fun for me (my website will improve because of more variety). But you can also archive, share and print (or create a PDF) your own recipes in a way that looks good: with nutrition facts.
In addition, I am open to your wishes. For example, do you have your own coaching practice? Then you can tell everyone about it in detail. You can also place links to other websites. As long as they are not affiliate links, you can advertise yourself or products that you support. The condition is of course that it fits into a healthy lifestyle, with pure food and without unnecessary additives or even harmful supplements.
Your recipe has to be:
- Yours. You are the owner and you did not copy it from a book or other website
- Glutenfree, dairy free, eggfree and soy free
- Pure, whole food: no additives or white sugar
Your submission has to include:
- Your name and e-mail
- An image
- Recipe name
- Ingredients (cups, grams or ounces)
- Instructions (step by step how to)
- Time needed
All the other specifications you can just leave up to me.
