Raw spinach soup with cashews, samphire, sprouts and cress
Easy to make soup from spinach and cashews with just water and the juice if half a lemon. Topped with samphire, crease and sprouts of your choice. If you like you can top with some extra cashews, coconut aminos and sesame oil. But those are optional.
Raw spinach soup with cashews, samphire, sprouts and cress
Nice cold soup that can be ready within minutes. Just blend the spinach with the cashews, lemon and water. Top with samphire and sprouts of your choice.
Equipment
- immersion blender
- garlic press
- grater
Ingredients
Soup
- 3 handfuls spinach
- 1 handful cashew nuts
- ½ lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 cup water
Topping
- 1 handful sprouts or cress or both half/half
- 1 handful samphire
Optional
- extra cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp coconut amino's no long free from ferment
- 1 tap sesame oil no longer free from seeds, fat and oils
Instructions
- Blend the cashews with the spin h, lemon juice and water.
- Press the garlic, grate the ginger en squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- Poor into a bowl and top with the samphire, sprouts and cress.
- Optional to top with some extra it's and drips of coconut aminos and sesame oil.
