My Medical Medium challenge: week 3 and 4

Day 15: Saturday August 17
Going to Ikea with my daughter. That is always tiring. But with success we look at all the cabinets and make a good plan. Just take some measurements at home. I keep calm for the rest of the day. Morning ritual as usual. In the evening I eat a bit too fatty with a (lean) minced meal and lentil pasta.
Day 16: Sunday August 18
My parents are coming over for my husband’s birthday. Of course there is delicious cake. It doesn’t bother me at all not to take it. Bizarre. With any other diet I would be able to keep it off, but I would still be hungry for it. Coincidentally, my mother brought a melon, which she had left over. So I can eat that. For the first time I am having trouble with no coffee. Hope that’s not gonna be a struggle the next few days! I tuck the coffee machine far away in a cabinet.
- Start: lemon water
- Half an hour later: celery juice
- Lunch: parsnip soup with oyster mushrooms
- Snack: smoothie spinach, orange, ginger, turmeric
- Evening: homemade baba ganoush (eggplant dip) with 1 rice waffle and lots of tomatoes for dipping. Furthermore, a grass-fed piece of tenderloin.
