Mexican black bean salad with mango and cilantro

Ingredients
- Black beans – For stews I use dried that need to be soaked and cooked. But for salads I use canned, easy and quick.
- Mango – Ripe!
- Tomatoes – Regular or cherry tomatoes
- Red onion – Chopped very fine
- Garlic – Pressed as fine as possible.
- Limes – Juice for the dressing
- Chili flakes
- Paprika powder
- Maple syrup
- Avocado oil – Optional

Ingredients
- ½ can black beans
- 1 mango
- 2 tomatoes or 2 handsful of cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 limes
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ teaspoons paprika powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Optional
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Chop the tomatoes and the mango. Chop the onion very fine and mix with the beans.
- Press the garlic. Mix the juice of a lemon, the maple syrup and (if you use it) the avocado oil. Mix in the paprika powder and chili flakes. Mix through the salad.
- Chop or tear the cilantro and mix.
