Equipment
- bowl
- small bowl
- (small) whisk or fork
- mandoline
- grater optional
Ingredients
- 3 large handsful baby chard
- 1 large handful white grapes
- 6 radishes
- ½ to 1 cup white cabbage shredded
- ½ cup carrot shredded or grated
- 2 limes juice for the dressing
- 1 to 2 tbsp raw honey for the dressing
Instructions
- Put the baby chard in a large bowl.
- Mix the lime juice with the honey. Mix with the chard.
- Cut the grapes in half. Cut the radishes in thin slices. Shred or grate the white cabbage and the carrots.
- Mix the veggies and the grapes with the chard.
