Ingredients
 

  • 3 large handsful arugula
  • ½ to 1 mango
  • 6 radishes
  • ½ to 1 cup red cabbage shredded
  • ½ cup carrot shredded or grated
  • ½ to 1 orange juice for the dressing
  • 1 to 2 tbsp raw honey for the dressing

Instructions

  • Put the arugula in a large bowl.
  • Mix the orange juice with the honey. Mix with the arugula.
  • Cut the mango in pieces. Cut the radishes in thin slices. Shred or grate the red cabbage and the carrots.
  • Mix the veggies and the mango with the arugula.
