  • 6 small popsicle molds
  • 4 large popsicle molds
  • small kitchenaid or immersion bnlender
  • wooden skewer
  • small spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 large (300 g) pears (or 3 tot 4 smaller pears)
  • 8 tbsp water not necessary for very ripe pears: use extra pear in that case
Optioneel

Instructions

  • Peel the pears and remove the core. Cut into pieces and place in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender. Or put into a kitchenaid or in the small food processor that comes with the immersion blender.
  • Add the water and if you it also the maple syrup. Mix well. Do you have very ripe pears? Then water is often not necessary and you can use about half a pear extra.
  • Fill the molds (use a small spoon).
  • Stir in the molds to remove air bubbles (for example with the back of the spoon or a skewer).
  • If necessary, fill up if extra space has been created by stirring.
  • Place the sticks in the molds and put in the freezer. It takes about 3 to 4 hours before they are ready.

Notes

The water is to mix the pears well. With ripe pears this is not necessary and you can work with just pear, without water.
