Dried mango snack with almond butter, coconut and bee pollen
Just a simple, easy to make snack: mango candy! A sweet treat that’s still healthy and has no added sugar. Just drip some almond butter on dried mango strips. Then sprinkle bee pollen and shredded roasted coconut over them.

Ingredients
- 10 strips mang (dried)
- 3 tsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp shredded (grated) coconut
- 1 tbsp bee pollen
For AIP and free from nuts
- 3 tsp tigernut butter
Instructions
- Roast the coconut in a skillet.
- Drip some almond butter on each mango strip.
- Sprinkle the roasted coconut and bee pollen over the mango pieces.
Notes
You can replace the almond butter with any kind of nut or seed butter. Even tigernut butter will do just fine!
