Just a simple, easy to make snack: mango candy! A sweet treat that’s still healthy and has no added sugar. Just drip some almond paste on dried mango strips. Then sprinkle bee pollen and shredded roasted coconut over them.

Ingredients

  • 10 strips dried mango
  • 3 tsp almond paste
  • 2 tbsp shredded (grated) coconut
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen

Instructions

  • Roast the coconut in a skillet.
  • Drip some almond paste on each mango strip.
  • Sprinkle the roasted coconut and bee pollen over the mango pieces.
